Monthly prize draw terms and conditions

1. The monthly prize draw is open to residents of the countries which Tantrix UK Ltd ("the Company") supplies (currently the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Malta and Barbados), with the exception of agents and employees of the Company and their families.



2. Subject to the above, the email address of anyone who completes any survey conducted by the Company on any of its websites in any given month and provides their name and email address will be entered into that month's prize draw.



3. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.



4. Only one entry is allowed per email address and per person, except that someone who has entered once can enter again in the same month or in a future month if he or she has answered two different surveys (when available) or has answered the same survey in respect of two or more of the Company's products that he or she has purchased or received as gifts.



5. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost or delayed for any reason, e.g. Internet failure.



6. Each monthly prize draw will take place soon after the end of the month concerned. Each draw will be completely random.



7. The person whose email address is drawn each month (the 'Winner') will be sent an email within two weeks of the draw asking them to provide details of their postal address and to select one of the games in the Company's range (which includes the Tantrix Game Pack, Magnetic Tantrix and Trax) as a prize. The Winner must reply to this email within 30 days in order to claim their prize. There will be no cash alternative.



8. Winners' names (if aged over 18) and counties may be made available to enquirers in order to show that the draws have taken place but will not be published prominently without their consent.



9. Names and email addresses provided will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and will only be used for the purposes of the prize draw as set out in the terms & conditions or to contact you in ways that you specifically request. Under no circumstances will such information be traded with third parties.



10. Prize draws in respect of future months may be discontinued by the Company at any time by making this clear on its survey pages.



11. By filling in one of the Company's surveys and providing their name and email address, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.



12. In all matters connected with this prize draw, the Company's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
